Title: Lead Front-End Engineer – Generative AI & Azure Location: Toronto , Ontario Duration: 6 Months Introduction We are seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer Lead to architect and develop user-facing interfaces for Generative AI applications. This role combines advanced front-end engineering with cloud-native development to create scalable and secure GenAI experiences. The successful candidate will integrate Azure data services to design and develop intuitive, responsive, and scalable front-end interfaces for GenAI-powered applications. Required Skills & Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in front-end development and cloud engineering Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, or Angular Experience with Azure services such as Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Azure OpenAI Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience integrating GenAI APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, custom LLM endpoints) into front-end workflows Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other GenAI patterns through front-end tooling Collaboration experience with ML engineers to operationalize GenAI models using MLOps and GenAIOps practices Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead the design and development of user-facing interfaces for Generative AI applications Integrate GenAI APIs into front-end workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse workplace environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team culture with a focus on innovation and collaboration For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
