We AIM for excellence. Job DescriptionSupporting all AIM locations in Atlantic CanadaGeneral reception duties including answering and screening incoming phone calls, accepting and sorting deliveries by placing them in the proper mailbox, replenishing office supplies, etc...Welcoming CustomersWeigh trucks loaded and emptyDirect trucks to the proper unloading areaCreate reception tickets for receiving productRecord daily inventory of material entering yardAbility to travel in the Maritimes covering vacations /etc. at other AIM SitesAnd other duty deemed appropriate and necessary by the Regional and Site ManagerQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience of Administrator or similar role;Bilingual (English/French), an assetAbility to work in a team environment in high pressure situations;Strong written and oral communication skills are essential;Works at a high paceStrong Customer Service SkillsSuperior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner;Additional InformationEmployment conditions: Full Time positionGroup health benefits and RRSP offeredAbility to travel in the Maritimes covering vacations /etc. at other AIM Sites on a weekly basis
