Marketing Operations is currently seeking a Marketing Data and Analytics Specialist based out of our Toronto office. Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Marketing Data and Analytics Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within a financial organisation, and possess a strong background in marketing data analysis and metrics. Analyze marketing data to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI data insights into marketing processes. Utilize AI tools and data analysis techniques to support marketing decision-making and campaign optimization. Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to drive strategic recommendations. Work closely with marketing teams to identify opportunities for improved campaign effectiveness through data insights. Stay updated on marketing trends and data analysis techniques to inform strategic recommendations. What You Need to Have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial organisation. Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Proven experience with marketing data analysis and metrics. What Would Make You Stand Out: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics.
