More than ever, our focus is on a sustainable PUC that is developing strategies to lower our carbon footprint, support community and economic development, and maintain exceptional customer service.  As the GIS Editor, your duties and responsibilities will include: Construct changes to GIS Utility Network based data Create branch version environments for Utility Network data editing Perform reconcile, post and conflict resolution in GIS branch versions as needed Maintain functional GIS subnetworks and subnetwork controllers Maintain error free GIS topology in ArcGIS Utility Network environment Use ArcGIS Utility Network attribute propagation as required Create and maintain GIS editing work process documents Research, test and apply GIS editing efficiencies including ESRI tools, attribute rules and editing templates Communicate any required schema changes to GIS schema administrator Perform QA/QC on edited data Perform data analysis, geoprocessing tasks and create map products as required Support corporate desktop and mobile GIS users Perform data analysis, geoprocessing tasks and create map products as required Maintain awareness and understanding of changes and future direction of GIS and ESRI products Perform other related duties Qualifications: Degree or 3-year diploma in Geomatics, Computer Science or related field Experience editing and maintaining ArcGIS Utility Network subnetworks and subnetwork controllers Experience in creating, maintaining and posting ESRI versioned environments for long transactions and complex data scenarios Experience managing and validating ArcGIS Utility Network topology Experience using ArcGIS Pro and ESRI web/mobile products Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products Communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read and understand engineering plans WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING AT PUC: We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package designed to support your long-term success.
