In this regard, GES provides the Firm's Technology, Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management, Integrated Operations, Project Management, Vendor management and Innovation services.The Business Analyst draws up requirement statements and takes part in development projects as advisor in the area of business and systems use. He/she follows up change requests with users and acts as intermediary between users and implementation teams.Key Accountabilities:Gather and document business processes for new business initiatives and system improvements.Update and maintain the CDCC business manual guideMaintain documentation of system procedures, process flows, and any changes that affect the business and market participants.Prepare end user training materials and conduct training sessions.Identify and propose rule changes required to implement new processes or systems enhancements. Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional steps and processes.
