The team combines talent from actuaries, business intelligence analysts, and data specialists to provide business-specific insights and analytics to our partners help guide decision-making. Relied on to detect and explain emerging trends, the team generates KPI monitoring, in-depth analyses, as well as actionable recommendations to respective partners.The Actuarial Manager will explore all aspects of their respective pillar on the data and processes standpoint with the opportunity to collaborate with key partners across the organization. You will be instrumental in the delivery of key strategic priorities with regular opportunities to present analyses and reporting broadly to partners and executives.Under the supervision of the respective Senior Manager, the actuarial manager will be involved in the following key activities:Lead and develop a group of actuarial and data analysts specializing in data, analytics, and explainability of resultsManage work on key initiatives related to your respective pillar, workload management, and the development of innovative analytical solutions.Contribute to the timely delivery and presentation of regular monitoring and ad hoc analyses to partners and executives across the organization.Oversee end-to-end analyses and insights solutions over a range of complexity, from the initial demand to the delivery of reporting or analysis and presentation of results.Apply an effective and collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
