We define business cases, prioritize projects, map dependencies and deliver solutions that advance our technology roadmap. If you were the Product Manager, Corporate Services now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:Driving the full P&C technology lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, and continuous optimizationLeading the gathering and prioritizing of business requirements from P&C, Finance, and regional stakeholdersDeveloping product strategy and functional specifications across the entire P&C portfolioCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goalsChampioning the P&C technology vision within the broader organizationOverseeing integrations, automation, and API standards, ensuring performance, security, and reliabilityConducting market research to identify opportunities and drive innovative features, and keeping the business up-to-date by presenting these opportunities to stakeholdersManaging technical risks, developing mitigation strategies, and evaluating third-party vendorsSupporting agile teams, fostering collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality solutionsHere are some of the things you could be working on in the future:Shaping the integrated P&C roadmap to align with evolving business prioritiesLeading cross-functional initiatives for system enhancements and integrationsSolving complex P&C and Finance challenges through innovative solutionsAutomating processes to streamline operations and boost efficiencyCollaborating on multicultural projects, enhancing accessibility for global stakeholdersAre you our next Product Manager, Corporate Services?You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field6+ years of product management experience in enterprise environmentsProven track record owning full P&C/HR technology portfolios across multiple systemsStrong experience with enterprise integrations and API ecosystemsYou have strong knowledge of agile methodologies, ideally using Jira for task tracking You have the proven ability to foster inclusive, multicultural collaboration across global teams You have expert knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence) and platform update You are skilled in project leadership, managing cross-functional teams, timelines and deliverablesYou possess strong communication skills and can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences You are analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on user experience and business value You are adaptable, thriving in both independent and collaborative, team-oriented settings You have a continuous improvement mindset, eager to innovate and drive growth $106,000 - $133,000 a yearA reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$106,000 - CAD$133,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
