Role: Welder (Metal Worker)Pay: $22/hr. - $24/hr. based on experienceHours:7:00am - 3:30pm (overtime available most days - after 40 hours )Start date: ASAPPerks include:•Medical, dental, long-and short-term• RRSP• 5 personal days. • Salary reviews after 6 months.• Training and growth opportunity• Christmas bonusRequirements:• 3+ years of MIG / TIG welding experience with aluminum• 3+ years of experience with manual shop equipment (vertical mill, saws, lathe, etc.)• Good understanding of shop math and ability to read complex part drawings.• Basic personal tools and safety boots required. Average Day/Duties/Responsibilities:• Read / interpret detailed shop drawings.• Set up and operate a variety of basic shop machinery to produce precision parts.• Welding (MIG, TIG) aluminum structures• Participate in the staging of new or refurbished client properties.• Cutting aluminum extrusions on automatic double mitre saw• Verify dimensions and product specifications.• Operation of manual milling machines to drill/slot aluminum partsThank youMarkThis is currently for an active job opportunity.
