The hourly wage for this position starts at $16.60 and is established in accordance with the collective agreement. Depending on a candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, and prior experience, a higher hourly wage may be offered. Any hourly wage offered for this role, whether starting or higher, will fall within the wage scale established for this position in accordance with the collective agreement. This is a posting for an exisiting permanent part-time position. If you are interested in joining enjoy meeting new people and helping others, the Bakery department is waiting for you General Qualifications Prior bakery experience and product knowledge is recommended  Customer service driven  Strong Communication Skills  Able to follow recipes  Able to stand for prolonged periods of time  Must be available to work flexible shifts which may include nights and weekends  The responsibilities and relationships assigned to this role may change as is necessary to achieve Metro's business objectives.
