In this role, You Will: Review project documentation to define scope, budget and schedule Effectively manage scope of supply and internal/external relationships throughout project execution Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone schedules, actions registers and internal/external status reports Assist with the assignment of resources and team formation Address questions and concerns of project team, management and customers in professional and confident manner Provide project progress status, delays and issues to customers in timely manner Manage and lead scope changes Perform technical writing Manage project documentation deliverables, including prioritizing deliverables Assist with the coordination of testing, shipping and post project reviews Prepare agendas, coordinate and lead required project meetings (kick-offs, design reviews, risk assessments, and circulate actions from meetings Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations Who You Are: An Experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of prior relevant experience (PMP Designation considered an asset).
