About the Role: We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Impact Measurement Analyst Intern to join our team. As a member of the Social Impact and UN SDGs Pod, you will design and implement frameworks for measuring and evaluating the social impact of Vosyn's initiatives. Your work will provide actionable insights to inform decision-making, improve program effectiveness, and demonstrate Vosyn's commitment to positive social change. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Framework Development: Design comprehensive frameworks for measuring and evaluating the social impact of Vosyn's projects and initiatives.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data related to social outcomes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Identify and monitor KPIs to track the success and impact of programs aligned with Vosyn's ESG goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed, data-driven reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and community partners.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for program improvements based on evaluation findings and emerging best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Community Engagement and SDG Specialists, to ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals.
  • Research and Trends: Stay informed about new methodologies, tools, and industry standards for impact measurement.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in impact measurement, data analysis, or program evaluation, ideally within ESG or social impact contexts.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact assessment methodologies.
  • Passionate about driving social change through data and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and reliability in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
