Previous experience in a supervisory role an asset. Solid understanding of applicable OH&S and environmental legislation and HSE processes. Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to problem-solve. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop, influence, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Strong working knowledge of construction processes and terminology. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.Your Work Has Purpose Here PCL projects are where life happens, where communities connect, careers begin, and progress is made.
