Ensure that all manufacturing processes are respected. Ensure the correct flow and management of non-conforming material. Support new improvement projects within your area of control. Participate in Lean activities. (e.g. Kaizen) Ensure the conformity of the product and processes, in accordance with our established standards and regulations. Support problem solving activities to eliminate non-conformances reported by our customers. How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience: You have 3 years experience in Manufacturing (Aviation, Automotive or related) You have an intermediate English level (reading, writing and speaking) You have problem solving skills, continuous improvement tools, as well as quality core tools. You have knowledge and management of measuring equipment and instruments (length, weight, torque, roughness), as well as interpretation of drawings and GD&T. You have knowledge and management of Quality Control Systems You have experience in planning and executing new projects in a multi-functional group.
