Clean and maintain dishwashing machines, including jet components and jet flaps. Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Clean ovens, stoves, and other cooking equipment. Sweep and mop the kitchen floors, ensuring no debris is left under prep or cooking areas. Empty garbage containers and dispose of waste into dumpsters or recycling containers. Break down empty boxes and deposit them into the trash compactor or designated area. Maintain cleanliness of the staff cafeteria, including dishes and cutlery.
