The Email Marketing Automation Specialist supports the Marketing Automation team with end-to-end management of all 1:1 triggered email programs for Canada Goose globally. In an agile environment, you will work closely with partners across Analytics, Tech, CRM, and E-commerce, to identify triggers for automated email programs, personalization and optimization through measurement and A/B testing across customer segments. You are critical in supporting the development of seamless customer journeys for Canada Goose globally. You stay abreast of current digital trends and technologies and are a thought leader in marketing automation.
What You'll Do:
Let's Talk About You:
5+ years' experience managing digital marketing programs Experience with web analytics tools (including Google Analytics (GA4), Datorama, etc.) Management of Marketing Automation technologies (ex., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Proven experience with online marketing, automation solutions, marketing systems and CRM. Salesforce experience is an advantage, but not required. University/College degree in marketing or business Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, analytics/business insights tools Experience working in an Agile environment using Agile methodologies to drive results (nice to have but not required). Must have knowledge of communication compliance best practices (CASL, PII, CAN-SPAM, GDPR) Deep understanding of marketing automation and email best practices Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills Data-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy.Additional Information
