He/She controls the rental, maintenance, repair and return of assets, construction equipment and vehicles. The Logistics Coordinator performs his or her duties mainly in the site office (about 75% of the time), while working directly in the field for about 25% of his or her schedule.Do you have what it takes? Positive energy and...Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and maintain working relationships, in French and English;High level of autonomy and ability to handle last-minute requests;Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills;High geographic mobility;Valid driver's license;Knowledge of construction machinery would be an asset;Good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.What you will do to complete this mission successfully:Plan equipment requirements based on the site team's needs in collaboration with the superintendent and foremen;Plan and schedule delivery appointments;Manage the fleet in coordination with the regional logistics coordinator;Update the tracking database with the required equipment and tools;Create and maintain an equipment forecasting model for all equipment suppliers;Ensure the site has all the equipment necessary to complete the job;Manage repairs and asset returns.Borea values are part of the energy landscape.
