We are searching for a Temporary Resident Experience Coordinator (1 year contract) to join our Parkland on the Glen team based in Mississauga, Ontario. Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices. Oversees the orientation of new Residents to Parkland on the Glen through established standards. Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping team. Performs other related duties as required About You In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring: A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education. 1-2 years in a marketing and administrative role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment; You are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors’ living or long-term care environment.
