Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for large-scale personalization and decisioning platforms• Lead QA planning and estimation for projects, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines• Design and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks and pipelines• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing across Pega CDH and integrated MarTech platforms• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce quality standards and best practices• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, reviewing test cases and automation scripts• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and reporting metrics• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
