Job Summary Prep Academy Tutors of York Region is looking for a Primary/Junior OCT Certified Teacher, Reading Specialist, and/or Special Education Teacher who will provide academic support to students based on their expertise and knowledge of the Ontario curriculum. The Academic Coach will: - Develop supplemental assignments to promote a deeper understanding of the material. - Offer remedial and enrichment support tailored to individual student needs. - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement. - Provide academic coaching to students Qualifications and Skills Ideal candidates should possess the following criteria: - Energetic and enthusiastic educators with teaching experience. - A commitment to providing outstanding customer service. - A passion for working with students and families. - Excellent communication skills. - Has academic coaching experience.
