Job Description Compensation and Schedule ⏰Competitive salary: $21.43 to $21.96/hour Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.️ Your RoleVersatile Laborer: Forklift Operator, Order Picker, and Scale Clerk This position is for you if:✅ You enjoy physical and active work ✅ You take pride in being punctual and doing quality work ✨ ✅ You’re looking for stable hours, good pay, and a long-term career in a manufacturing environment ️Forklift Operator Load flatbed trailers according to operational needsTransport various materials and/or supplies required for operationsInspect equipment before the start of each shift and perform operator changeovers as neededEnsure cleanliness of the premises and equipment to maintain a safe and clean work environmentReview completed work from the previous shift and upcoming tasks based on priorities set by the production supervisorNotify the production supervisor of any mechanical issuesOperate the forklift safely and diligentlyDemonstrate a high level of vigilance to prevent accidents and/or tip-overs (pedestrians, buildings, fixed equipment, trucks, and other machinery)Use the forklift according to its capabilities and limitationsOutdoor workOrder Preparation ️‍♂️Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant, manually or using mechanical equipmentPerform a complete inspection of finished productsSort, package, crate, and wrap materials and productsPerform any other related labor or general work tasksScale Clerk ⏱️Record the weight of all incoming loadsEnter reports and data into the computer system as requiredMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentationCommunicate with yard personnel, customer service, production staff, and other relevant stakeholders as neededQualifications✅ Desired ProfileThis is a physically demanding position that requires rigor and reliability.You are:⏰ Punctual and reliable ⏱️ — arriving on time is essential for production ️ Comfortable lifting and moving up to 23 kg (50 lb) ️‍♂️ Able to stay focused during 12-hour shifts Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality Comfortable using computer systems Comfortable operating a forklift (1 year of experience) A strong team player with a solid work ethicAdditional InformationWhy Join Techo-Bloc?Professional Growth and Recognition: At Techo-Bloc, we are career builders.
