You’ll act as a trusted financial advisor to our branch leaders—translating financial insights into actionable strategies that drive performance and unlock value.A Day in the Life:Serve as the strategic finance liaison to branch leadership across North America.Lead budget and forecast cycles, provide monthly financial insights, and guide decision-making through data.Analyze results, identify trends, and communicate the “why” behind the numbers—not just the “what.”Deliver value-added financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis for special initiatives.Prepare dynamic, data-informed reporting packages for senior leaders.Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and planning accuracy.Who You Are:Inquisitive and forward-thinking: You seek to understand root causes and anticipate future challenges.Analytical and objective: You bring a data-driven, unbiased perspective to business conversations.Strategic and agile: You easily pivot between high-level planning and detailed analysis.Collaborative communicator: You translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.Growth-minded: You’re always learning, adapting, and looking for ways to create more impact.What You Bring to Long View:5+ years’ experience in financial analysis, planning, or accountingDeep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExceptional skills in Excel; comfortable with PowerPoint and the full Microsoft suiteStrong interpersonal and partnering capabilities—you work well across teams and leadership levelsPost-secondary education in Finance or Accounting (preferred)Bonus: Experience in the consulting industry, D365 experience and Solver experience$69,990 - $91,823 a yearExpected Salary Range
