The bigger picture We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic summer student to join our Macklin branch as a Summer Student - Member Advisor. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) 4-month term position. The anticipated period of employment is May 4, 2026, through to August 28, 2026. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our members, providing essential banking services and products to meet their day-to-day needs. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from youHow you’ll be spending your time• Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to improve their financial well-being and build rapport.• Providing members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more.• Promoting and offering credit union products and services, making referrals to Financial Advisors when appropriate. • Following internal policies, procedures and processes; all the while maintaining confidentiality.• Identifying suspicious transactions or interactions and responding appropriately.
