We achieve this by offering continuous learning and development, collaborative team work environment, promotion of work-life integration, and exposure to a wide variety of work.Imagine your future at MUFG Investor Services where you can grow professionally, in a diverse and inclusive workplace that rewards your contribution. #LI-HybridJob DescriptionReporting to the Associate Director, Investor Delivery, a list of your responsibilities will include:Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cashBe a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriateRespond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard, and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responsesThrough experience, provide guidance to colleagues within the team in daily tasks, processes and deliverablesParticipate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team cultureSupport management in department initiatives, projects, risk mitigation#LI-HybridQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred or relevant experience0-2 years experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client serviceKnowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities an assetExisting client/customer service experience would be idealAdditional InformationAt MUFG Investor Services, we are exceptionally proud of our approach to Hybrid Working.
