General Duty Security Guard - Drayton ValleyMembers of the Paladin Security team:Earn Superior wages and benefitsDevelop the skills necessary to become a security professionalHave access to Paladins 28 safety and security related training courses and an in house trainerAre recognized for their effort through an extensive Rewards and Recognition ProgramHave their Security Licenses paid for by PaladinTypical Job Duties:Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environmentMonitor site visitors, cameras, and alarm systems to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and proceduresRespond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires and other urgent matters)Prevent theft, violence or infraction of rules and regulationsPrepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding the activities, security violations, and hazardous occurrences on siteEffectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team on behalf of the clients assetsRequirements:A Valid Security license is considered an assetMust have a flexible schedule (days, evenings, nights, weekends)Must be bondableExcellent inter-personal skillsSpeak, read and write English fluentlyHave completed High school Education or equivalentHave personal reliable transportationThis is a part-time temporary position with the possibility to become permanent part- time. This job is to commence February 3rd, 2026. This position is 15 hours per week with a payrate of $18.00.
