You bring strong technical expertise and can manage projects from start to finish. You thrive in a dynamic role that blends fieldwork, business development, and office time, and you have experience building a portfolio of loyal clients who value your contributions.What your experience looks likeP. Eng registered with EGBC8–10 years of experience in mid-rise, commercial, subdivision, and municipal/highway projectsPractical approach to project execution and managementEnjoy fieldwork and face-to-face client interactionsSolid understanding of materials testingExperience with shoring systems for parkades or geohazard mitigation in wildfire zones is an assetThe salary range for this role is between $120,000-150,000. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
