Bridge Labourer

Dawson Road Maintenance is looking for a Bridge Labourer, who has good knowledge of safety, an eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic. In this role you will be a valued member of Dawson Road Maintenance, working in a temporary full-time position of Bridge Labourer, reporting to the Bridge Foreman. Your base location will be Smithers, B.C. and will require some travel throughout our great province.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEMust prioritize safety of self and others in all aspects of the jobInstallation, repair and maintenance of wooden, steel and concrete structures, deck resurfacing, operating road and bridge maintenance equipmentAssist in conducting detailed bridge inspectionsWHAT YOU BRINGMinimum one (1) years of bridge work or civil construction experienceInterest in the trades. Specifically, Piledriver/Bridgeman or CarpentryAptitude with toolsClass 5 Drivers License an assetTCP, Fall Arrest and Safety Awareness training an assetBENEFITSLooking to be a key member of a well-established family-owned company?
