Take the next step and consider this opportunity to make a meaningful impact with Rogers Bank. Who we are looking for:The Manager, Regulatory Reporting position is responsible for regulatory reporting for Rogers Bank, including those for the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) and Bank of Canada.  What you'll do:Regulatory ReportingEnsure all financial and corporate regulatory returns are filed accurately and correctly within prescribed timelinesManage the production of quarterly Pillar 3 disclosure reports for Rogers BankMaintain comprehensive and updated procedure documentation on the regulatory reporting processContinuously review and enhance the reporting process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and quality of submissionsEstablish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information reported to regulatory entitiesCoordinate and manage internal/external audits of regulatory reporting; addresses any audit findingsChange ManagementAnalyze new financial regulatory requirements, interpret their impact on the Bank’s financial regulatory reporting, and manage the process to implement new or enhanced returnsContinuously monitor regulatory communications to ensure most up to date requirements are implementedAttend OSFI, CBA, and other industry events to stay abreast of regulatory issuesParticipate, as required, in accounting initiatives impacting financial regulatory filings and reportingEnsure the finance team is aware of key upcoming regulatory changes and their impact on Rogers BankWhat you have:High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and a relentless pursuit of process improvementsControl and compliance acumen along with knowledge of risk control environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skillsCPA designation is an assetPrior regulatory reporting experience is an asset​​​To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted.
