Job Title: BlueYonder / JDA Transportation Management System Consultant Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06 Months Job Description: We are seeking a skilled consultant to provide expert support for the BlueYonder / JDA Transportation Management System. The successful candidate will have a strong background in application support, particularly with JDA/Blue Yonder TMS, and will work to ensure optimal system performance and availability. Required Skills & Qualifications Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5 years of relevant Techno-functional support experience. Proficiency in BlueYonder / JDA Transportation Management System – Techno Functional. Experience with Crystal Reports. Strong skills in PL/SQL. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Power BI. Knowledge of ITIL practices, application maintenance, patching, and vulnerability management. Experience with Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server databases. Familiarity with ServiceNow monitoring tools. Strong analytical, communication, and client engagement skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for JDA/Blue Yonder TMS applications to ensure high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, monitor system health, and maintain SLA compliance. Manage incidents using ITIL-based practices, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Design and maintain Crystal Reports and KPI dashboards for operational insights. Assist in server patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance checks, working with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and stable environments.
