Full-Time/Part- Time: Full-time Posting Date: March 5, 2024  Closing Date: March 19, 2024  Hours of Work: 8:30 – 5:00 Grade: Office Location: Toronto/Hybrid Great location Steps away from the main public transit station What we offer: Highly competitive compensation package which includes, base salary, bonus, benefits, and career advancement opportunities *Eligibility for benefits is dependent on the terms of employment What you will do: Process progress draw requests Setup initial paperless files Review & bookmark Commitment Letter and CMHC Certificate of Insurance Complete third-party instructions to reflect the loan structure and particularities Full onboarding of loan in Optimus Complete templates & checklists with loan details and pre-funding deliverables required Inputting of data on Optimus (Insurance, taxes and peripheral items) Arrange for the execution of various documents by the appropriate signatories and distribution to the requesting parties File related documents, maintenance, and organization of files Full onboarding of deals originated by third parties Complete special projects as assigned by the Assistant-Manager & Manager, Commercial Mortgage Funding Adhere to policies /procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable.
