Apply today and help us build what matters. Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator supporting the infrastructure division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting infrastructure division.  Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Monitor project costs and schedules, including labor, equipment, materials, and subtrade expenses, and review accruals with the Project Manager regularly.Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and QA/QC records for testing and inspections.Ensure compliance with technical standards, codes, and specifications throughout all phases of the project.Assist with financial processes, such as payroll coding, cost allocation, progress invoicing, and status reporting.Support estimating and project planning activities, including estimate reviews, costing, and schedule updates. The Right Tools for the Job Formal education in Construction Management or a related field.4–5 years of construction experience, preferably on civil projects.Experience working with a General Contractor, with strong knowledge of construction management for civil projects.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project, with experience in InEight considered an asset.Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and technical specifications to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. CompensationSalary Range $80,000 to $100,000 per annum.Salary will commensurate with education and experience.Excellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan.3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience.Be an Owner, Not Just an Employee: Join a 100% employee-owned company where your contributions directly shape success—and your future. #LI-Onsite #LI-FullTime #GeneralContractor #Infrastructure #PublicInfrastructureLay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
