Lead critical transformation initiatives across Bombardier Defense, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance requirements. Design and implement governance frameworks for major organizational changes. Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and quality. Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance process performance. Benchmark best practices and integrate them into Bombardier Defense operations. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management and organizational design. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for VP and CEO governance forums. Data & Insights Maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track progress on transformation initiatives. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis and trend forecasting How to thrive in this role? You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Master’s degree or MBA preferred You have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting Defense background is a strong asset You have strong expertise in organizational design, governance, and process improvement You have proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in aerospace or defense industry is a strong asset Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
