Lending Officer

Kelly is hiring We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Lending Officer in Steinbach, MB In this full-time role, you’ll provide exceptional service to both existing and potential customers through promotion and sales of products and services. If you enjoy problem-solving, sales, and connecting with people, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Do: Understand the customer’s situation to determine the products and/or services which best meet their needs (current and future) Respond to customer inquiries on services and resolve customer questions and concerns wherever possible Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying customer needs, cross selling and promoting the appropriate products and services What We’re Looking For: Grade 12 Diploma plus two years of formal business-related education or equivalent, 2 to 5 years of job-related experience with lending products and services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with risk management and regulatory environments Working knowledge of financial accounting principles Experience meeting sales goals Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate starting at $31.20/hr ($60,840/year) Variable compensation and matched pension plan Comprehensive benefits package If you're looking for an opportunity where you can be your best self and join a fantastic team, look no further, and apply today Why Kelly®?
