Acts as a mentor and trusted resource, fostering growth through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to ensure team success.Lead strategic workforce planning by identifying talent needs, addressing skill gaps, and partnering with HR to implement development solutions. Ensure every Associate has a growth-focused plan and be responsible for the full talent review cycle to build organizational capability.About You:Minimum five (5) years progressive experience in Distribution (in retail or similar business) functional and technical areas with minimum three (3) years management or supervisory experienceUniversity Degree or College Diploma with a Bachelor of Business Administration or Engineering an asset; or equivalent work experienceExperience with high volume, fast paced, labour intensive, constantly evolving production atmosphere operations.Experience in leading teams supporting medium-to-large warehouse environment; including planning, organizing and setting priorities, developing and implementing processes, tools and overseeing performanceStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills including analysis of information ( requirements; description of problems, cost implications) to optimally resolve issues, to advise recommendations and solutionsExcellent interpersonal, negotiating, conflict management and information gathering skills, with ability to leverage prior experience, prioritize project tasks, meet needs of clients/projects and build rapport/ credibility as trusted advisorStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with effective presentation skills.Demonstrated people management skills including coaching, providing advice and guidance to Associates and Leaders in the resolution of problems; evaluating performance and providing feedback to team membersStrong sense of confidentiality; requires discretion and thorough knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures and policiesPosting Details:Posting End Date: January 17, 2026Shift Information: Shift C: Monday to Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30amIf you’re ready to bring your energy and passion, we’d love to hear from you.
