The successful candidates will have a demonstrated commitment to the mission values of availability, flexibility, adaptability, hospitality and dignity. Youth Addiction Support Workers will function as a member of the Notre Dame House Youth Support Worker team and will have primary responsibility for working in collaboration with community-based addiction workers in identifying youth who are impaired by drug/alcohol use, facilitating crisis intervention as required and facilitating both the short term and longer-term service needs of the youth served.
