This role is ideal for a collaborative and people-focused leader who values operational excellence and team empowerment. What You'll Do Lead the Business: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, aligning with strategic goals to maintain and enhance service excellence. Support & Empower the Team: Foster a collaborative environment where team members are motivated, supported, and aligned with company values. Strengthen Culture: Uphold a respectful, high-performance workplace that emphasizes communication, recognition, and shared success. Drive Operational Excellence: Enhance systems and workflows to support efficiency and continued growth. Model Ardent Values: Uphold the values and leadership practices shared across the Ardent Group, embedding them in the Glass Canada culture. While not required, familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar business frameworks is considered an asset. What You Bring 10+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally within the construction industry or other project-based environments, with a strong record of leading teams through growth and operational improvements. Post-secondary education is strongly preferred, with a degree in Business, an MBA, or other professional designation, considered a strong asset. Proven experience in the construction sector is highly valued. Ability to positively influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization. Strong business acumen, combined with effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear, concise, and confident communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. A hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style with a passion for process improvement, team accountability, and delivering exceptional service.
