Job Summary and Requirements This posting This posting will be used to fill 1 (one) term position until March 31, , working 75 hours bi-weekly. This posting will be used to establish a 12-month eligibility list which will be used to fill anticipatory permanent vacancies within the Continuing Care branch. This job is based in the thriving and diverse city of Whitehorse in the beautiful Yukon. This opportunity As a Community Care Resource Nurse with the Yukon Home Care Program, you will provide client-centered home care services that support Yukoners’ independence and quality of life through individualized care plans covering acute, chronic, and palliative care. Working within a collaborative interdisciplinary team—including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, licensed practical nurses, and home support workers—you will deliver high-quality care based on standardized assessments. This role requires a dynamic, organized individual with strong clinical and teaching skills to enhance service delivery and build capacity within nursing and home support teams, fostering a supportive, collaborative environment focused on professional development and shared success.
