Role: Quality Assurance Analyst II Duration: 0–12 months Description / Comment Demonstrate the firm's commitment to compliance by maintaining a Quality Assurance (QA) review program that: Evaluates the firm's compliance with applicable laws and regulations Identifies and discloses violations and control weaknesses Conduct Quality Assurance reviews across: Front office business areas Branches Functions related to the firm's BSA/AML and Sanctions compliance requirements Provide senior management, including the Head of Americas Financial Security, with detailed reports that: Assess the extent of compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures Include value-added observations, findings, and recommendations for remedial actions where appropriate Additional responsibilities include: Assisting with the coordination of metric reporting to management and Head Office Participating in Financial Security (FS)–related special projects and investigations, as needed #TB_EN #ZR
