Join our team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub Polo Park as a dedicated and experienced Supervisor. This role requires flexibility, with shifts on weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays. As a Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive atmosphere in the pub. Be part of a dynamic team at Garbonzo's Sports Pub, where we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Responsibilities: Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environmentAt least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experienceSmart Choices certificationStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated hospitality-focused guest service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with POS systems (Squirrel experience considered an asset)Comprehensive beverage knowledge.
