What will you do in this job? Line Cooks will provide excellent guest experiences through the careful preparation and cooking of food items while offering friendly, professional interaction with all of our guests. Candidate will consistently be working in a manner that provides a safe and enjoyable experience for the guest, co-workers and self. This position is based at the Banff Gondola, in our Northern Lights Alpine Kitchen. Responsibilities include:Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and missions of PursuitMaintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual eventsProvides guests with exceptional service at all timesFollows operational policies and proceduresEnsures all areas of working environment are clean and free of debrisEnsures that work environment is safe and free of hazardsMaintains regular and consistent attendance and punctualityPreparation of foodstuffs in a manner consistent with recipes and health codesCooking of food in a manner consistent with recipes and health codeCleaning and maintenance of work areas What skills and experience do you need for this job?
