Job descriptionHireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join its team.In this role, you'll play a key part in documenting, analyzing, and improving the technical workflows that support live operations.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and documentation skills with hands-on experience across systems, networking, and operational environments.This role is based in the Spring Valley area of Southwest Las Vegas, NV.Schedule Workers will begin on a standard day shift (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM). The schedule will eventually transition to one of the following designated shifts based on business need:Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PMWednesday-Sunday, 5:30 PM-2:00 AMSunday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PMTuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PMAs an IT Operations Specialist, you'll:Shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.Map technical processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, Engineering) to streamline workflows.Draft clear process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.RequirementsStrong technical documentation and analytical capabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrior hands-on experience in at least two of the following technical domains:Windows workstation supportReal-time technical operationsAdvanced TCP/IP networkingCellular networksAWS cloud computingKubernetesPreferred qualifications:Experience in an operations center, NOC/SOC, or similar real-time 24/7 support settingFamiliarity with network monitoring tools, cloud-based diagnostics, or infrastructure automationComfortable collaborating with DevOps or infrastructure teams5+ years of experience in at least two of the technical domains listed aboveWork Environment:This position is onsite at a secure facility in the Spring Valley area of Southwest Las VegasMust be able to pass background screening and comply with facility access requirementsBenefits:Pre-tax commuter benefitsEmployer (HireArt) subsidized healthcare benefits (eligibility begins 90 days after start date)Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costsHireArt covers all costs for short- and long-term disability and life insurance401k packageCommitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt.
