Job DescriptionSupports both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers by coordinating the following events in a sublet service repair site:Unscheduled workScheduled issues Preventative maintenance (overflow from inhouse repairs)Parts sourcing through in-house repair sites if necessaryOutsource / Sublet RepairsSource and maintain qualified sublet repair sites/ vendorsDirect all third-party maintenance repairsMaintaining constant communication and gathering updates/ completion times. Entering data into the maintenance EMM systemScrutinizing and authorizing quoted repairsProfiling and uploading data into the Maintenance software for recordsCost analysis of  maintenance/repairs on particular vehicles to determine feasibility (is it worth spending the money on?)Reviewing and approving items assigned in AP scanningAudit and ensure compliance with the following:“Equipment Out” “100 over 60” spreadsheet “EMM” Maintenance screenAsset service requirements outlined (B620, dedicated fleets, general fleet)Other duties may be assignedSupport in organizing spare maintenance units (if no available rentals)Maintain sublet budgetQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Cost Analysis/Cost ReductionGood communication skillsClass G/5 licenseTechnical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solvingQuality maximizationWritten and Verbal communication in French and EnglishAdditional Information Class G/5 licenseShift Schedule - 08:00 to 16:30 and 10:30 to 19:00Yearly Salary of  $57,912.50 Technical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solvingQuality maximizationAsk about our Dock to Driver program
