Until a loss occurs, our policy holders hold the promise that in the event of a loss we will be there in their time of need. When a claim is reported, our Northbridge Claims Professionals spring into action to ensure the promise we made is fulfilled.As an adjuster you will lead the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of claims with our customers. You will interpret policies, ensure the loss falls within coverage, and finalize the claim by following the established steps in the claims process. Your keen attention to detail will recognize claims with irregularities and refer them for additional investigation. Claim Adjusting is exciting, challenging, and changes daily with the wide variety of losses you will encounter. The base salary range for this role is $48,000 - $72,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package.
