Have a current Heart Save Level of CPR. Possess a current certificate in Credentialing (MDS). Hold a current AIS certification. Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the RPN role. Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support. It would be an asset if you have: A current RPNAO membership. Demonstrable experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data. Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation, regulations and best practices applicable to the Retirement and Long-Term Care sector (e.g. RAI processes and CIHI, supplies, equipment ordering, etc.) At Schlegel Villages we are redefining elder care through , Village design and culture change, but we know the key to our Village success, and our residents’ satisfaction, is YOU and our teams.
