This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a rewarding, collaborative and high-impact environment.Role and responsibilities will include:Banking:Oversee the administration of account setup/closure, signatory management, and access control under direction of the Senior Manager – Treasury.Maintain bank relationships and ensure accurate transactions and processes.Ensure controls and procedures are robust and regularly reviewed.Facilitate domestic and international wire transfers.Provide ad hoc support as needed. Cash Flow Management:Monitor and report on daily cash positions for all entities.Support foreign exchange transactions, including hedges.Help optimize returns on cash balances and short-term investments, balancing risk and liquidity.Credit & Payment Solutions:Monitor compliance and reporting for credit lines, loans, and mortgages.Assist with corporate credit card and payment processing programs.Contribute to treasury-related projects and process improvements.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ office experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or risk management.Demonstrated background in treasury operations, cash management, investments, and/or financial planning, ideally within a multi-company organization.CTP or CPA designation or post-secondary diploma in a related field considered an asset.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and adept with digital systems.Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality.If this opportunity resonates with you, we invite you to submit your resume.
