Our expertise includes aircraft interior, structural, manufacturing, and maintenance solutions for OEMs, MROs, and operators across North America.We offer carefully designed programs and benefits, including time-off, insurance, and other plans, to support our teams and meet evolving operational and regulatory requirements.Summary of Responsibilities:Perform and ensure proper completion of all avionics maintenance and modification tasks as contracted by the customer, both in the hangar and on the ramp.Troubleshoot, install, repair, and test avionics systems and components in accordance with approved technical data and procedures.Ensure that all components installed on aircraft are properly certified and that required documentation is complete and accurate.Carry out all duties in compliance with the applicable Avionics Control Manual and Transport Canada regulatory standards.Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.Attend training courses as directed by company management to maintain current knowledge and certifications.Adhere to the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) Policy and contribute to a culture of safety.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.Qualifications and Skills Required:Working towards or hold a valid Transport Canada E Licence (Avionics).Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in avionics maintenance.Experience working on business aircraft types is considered an asset.Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and good communication skills.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights, as required.Location: Muskoka, ONTerm: Permanent, Full-timeSchedule: 40 hours per weekLanguage: EnglishBenefitsCasual dressCommuter benefitsDental carePaid time offOther benefits only for international candidatesLodgingRental carFlight ticketHealth insurance
