Our core services include commercial and high-density residential window cleaning, along with other property-related maintenance services.About the OpportunityReporting to an Operations Manager, the Window Cleaner is responsible for acting as an ambassador for Aurum. This is accomplished through providing professional cleaning services, adhering to all company and legislated Health & Safety.Low-rise/Ground Window Cleaners use various levels of approach depending on the scope of work. These include ladders, boom/scissor lifts, extension or reverse-osmosis poles.Key Responsibilities: Perform exterior and/or interior window cleaning methods for typical maintenance or post-constructionComply with all relevant safety procedures, company policies, and standardsMaintain assigned equipment, handling with care and responsibilityCommunicate regularly with the Supervisor to provide updates and receive instructionsOther tasks that may include caulking, weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaningParticipate in assigned training as requiredAll other duties as assignedSkills & Requirements:Positive attitude and motivated to learnOntario's G license is a mustReliable and trustworthy with strong communication skillsConfidence to practice safe work procedures Ability to handle a physically demanding environment where you are required to lift 30-50lbsWorking at heights experience is preferredPerksWeekly pay + completion bonus (structured piecework)Paid trainingCompany uniformHands-on experience working outdoorsOngoing professional development in the teamAurum welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
