Job DescriptionThe Genesys Cloud CX Test Leader is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the testing strategy for Genesys Cloud CX implementations and enhancements across enterprise contact center environments. This role ensures the quality, stability, and reliability of Genesys Cloud solutions, covering routing, integrations, digital channels, and reporting features.The Test Leader works closely with platform teams, engineers, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure that all Genesys Cloud changes meet functional, technical, and operational requirements before production release.Responsibilities:Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for Genesys Cloud CX implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.Plan, coordinate, and lead functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Genesys Cloud CX.Design and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering voice, digital channels, routing, integrations, and reporting components.Lead and coordinate test activities across multiple teams, environments, and releases.Ensure test coverage for Genesys Cloud features such as Architect flows, queues, routing, integrations, APIs, and third-party systems.Validate non-functional requirements including stability, failover, performance, and scalability (where applicable).Manage test execution, defect triage, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with engineering and platform teams.Provide clear test status reporting, quality metrics, and release readiness assessments.Support UAT planning and execution with business and operations teams.Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and automation approaches for Genesys Cloud CX.Qualifications5+ years of experience in software or system testing in Genesys Cloud CX environments.Strong hands-on knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX testing, including routing, Architect flows, queues, digital channels, and integrations.Proven experience leading testing activities or teams in enterprise or multi-client environments.Solid understanding of contact center operations and KPIs (service level, routing behavior, agent experience).Experience with API testing and integration testing.Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage parallel test streams.Experience in agile and CI/CD environments is a plus.Genesys Cloud certification(s) are an advantage.Additional InformationWe offer:Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.Competitive Pay and Benefits: enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, and a relocation program.Work From Anywhere Culture: make the most of the flexibility that comes with remote work.Growth Mindset: reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility and internship opportunities.Global Impact: collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries.Welcoming Multicultural Environment: be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events.Social Sustainability Values: join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.* Miratech is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status under applicable law.
