Job Overview: Take ownership of building and testing equipment electrical and mechanical systems including building power distribution, controls, HVAC, cooling, compressed air systems, fire suppression etc.  Investigate and resolve deficiencies.  Ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety, applicable codes, regulations and standards.  Work with internal customers to provide solutions to equipment and building upgrades.  Develop scope of work for construction projects, equipment installation projects and maintenance contracts.  Support the bid process.  Develop and manage maintenance programs Manage facility projects to meet timing, specifications and cost objectives.  Oversee services supporting building and equipment maintenance, repairs and upgrades. Write purchase requisitions for material and services.   Track requisition, Purchase Orders and Invoicing.
