Part Time Security Guard - DynaCareSite Description:Dynacare is a healthcare and diagnostic services facility providing laboratory testing and related medical services. The site includes patient service areas, laboratories, administrative offices, and secure storage for sensitive medical materials. With regular activity from staff, patients, and service providers, the facility requires controlled access, strict adherence to safety and health protocols, and organized operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a safe environment for both employees and visitors.Position: Security GuardSite: DynaCareSite Address: 245 Pall Mall Street, London, ON N6A 1P4Status: Part TimeShifts: Monday - Wednesday (11pm-6am)Pay Rate: $18.54/hourOvertime Method: Averaging Agreement - calculating after 88 hours bi-weeklyPosting Date: January 8th, 2026Internal Closing Date: January 15th, 2026External Closing Date: January 31st, 2026Essential Job Functions: Implement security measures to protect property, control access to sites, patrol assigned areas to monitor activities and ensure client rules and regulations are followed Maintain written reportsPerform security checks and liaise with client staff Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through collaboration. Requirements:Must possess Ontario Security Guard License First Aid & CPR – Emergency Level Vulnerable Sector Check Physical Demands include walking and standing Watch for and report irregularities by completing incident reports, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards and emergency situations; contact emergency responders, such as police, fire and/or ambulance personnel, as requiredSuperior written and verbal communication skillsMust possess excellent customer service skills Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacyLegally authorized to work in Canada Why choose Paladin?
