As a valued member of our bakery team, you will operate machinery to prepare high-quality products while upholding safety and sanitation standards. We seek detail-oriented candidates passionate about producing excellent baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Operation of high-speed continuous donut/bread/pastry production line Setting up, operating, and monitoring the line equipment Liaise with appropriate staff throughout the shift to ensure continuous process and quality standards Keeping a working stock of raw materials required online at all times Operate and monitor machinery that palletizes finished products as required Data entry of inventory data into the warehouse management system as required Operate forklift and manual lifting as required Maintain the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor Other duties as required Qualifications: High school diploma / G.E.D required Previous line experience in the food industry preferred Ability to work rotating continental shift schedule- 2 weeks days and 2 weeks night (7-7)
